The Heartland Chaplain Corps is a proud branch of the I.F. O.C. (International Fellowship of Chaplains). The I.F.O.C. trains, credentials, connects, and supports Chaplains to serve their communities so that people experience God’s love the moment it matters most. The International Fellowship of Chaplains is a Christian Chaplain Ministry that provides practical community support and spiritual counsel to emergency service workers, those in crisis, secular society and those persons in transition by meeting their needs. Regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, marital status, or socioeconomic status.
Trained and licensed chaplains provide counsel, education, advocacy, life improvement skills and recovery training, providing a bridge between the secular and spiritual environments of community life throughout the world.
The Heartland Chaplain Corps is here to be "the bridge to the secular world." What that means, is in Chaplaincy, we meet people where they are, and try to be "the hands and feet of Jesus" by showing all love and compassion, and helping them in their time of need, without discussing religion in any way. We aren't here to "convert" people to anything, and we will not bring up what our faith is unless asked. We are here to help our community in any way that we possibly can.
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and help our community. Your generous donation will fund our mission.
